There are things to think before you post. Watch the video and take note of the top 10 things you should consider before you post.

Oversharing: Think Before You Post

Apply what you have learned from the video. Visit your Facebook and find in your wall a post that violates the rules in posting in social media. Take a photo of that post (screenshot) then use the following questions as your guide in telling about the photo:

  • What is the post all about?
  • What was your reaction when you saw the post?
  • Did he or she posted smart? Why or why not?
  • What will you say or do if given the opportunity to talk with the user?

Post your answers together with the photo on your digital portfolio. On the comments section below, write the link to your digital portfolio. Happy learning!

  1. I have a problem viewing your google Docs. Please fix the error by doing the following:
    1. Open the file in your google docs.
    2. Click the “SHARE” button located on the upper right corner.
    3. Select “Advanced” located on the lower right.
    4. Under “Who has access” change the Private to On-Anyone with the link.
    5. Go back to your google sites.
    6. Don’t forget to publish then copy the link.
    7. Paste the link as your reply to this comment.
